At Seeluh, every devotional, journal, and book is printed on demand through our fulfillment partner, Lulu.com. Because each item is created specifically for your order, we follow Lulu’s production guidelines to ensure high-quality printing and fair refund practices.
Please read the policy below to understand how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.
1. All Sales Are Final
Because our products are custom printed on demand, we do not offer returns or refunds for:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong item

Ordering by mistake

Preference-based concerns
Each product is made specifically for you once your order is placed.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing issue, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.
To request a replacement, please email support@seeluh.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the issue

Photos of the packaging (if damaged)
Once reviewed, we will work with Lulu to send a corrected replacement.
3. Incorrect or Missing Orders
If you receive the wrong item or part of your order is missing, contact us at support@seeluh.com with your order details. We will coordinate with Lulu to correct the error quickly.
4. Address or Order Errors
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
Seeluh is not responsible for:

Items that were delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Delays caused by carriers or customs

Failed deliveries due to missing or inaccurate address details
We are unable to provide refunds for orders lost due to incorrect shipping information.
5. Order Cancellations
Because print-on-demand orders go into production quickly, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once the order is submitted.
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at support@seeluh.com, and we will do our best to assist you before production begins.
6. Digital Products
All digital downloads, including eBooks, printables, and digital journals, are non-refundable once the file has been delivered.
If you experience a download issue, we are happy to resend the file or help you access it.
7. Legal Disclaimer
Seeluh relies on Lulu.com and its global printing partners for fulfillment.
Shipping times, production quality, and delivery processes are handled by third-party providers.
Seeluh is not responsible for delays, carrier issues, customs holds, or damages occurring in transit; however, we will work with you and our partners to resolve any legitimate printing or manufacturing concerns.
