1. How are Seeluh books printed and shipped?
All physical books are printed on demand through our trusted fulfillment partner, Lulu.com.
Once you place an order, Lulu prints your book and ships it directly to you using the shipping method you select at checkout.
2. How long does it take to receive my order?
Each order includes two parts: production time and shipping time.
Production Time (Lulu):
2–5 business days
(May be longer during holidays or high-volume periods.)
Shipping Time:
Varies by method and location:

Standard: 5–10 business days

Expedited: 3–5 business days

Express: 1–3 business days
Please note: These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the package leaves the facility.
4. Do you accept returns or refunds?
Because our books are custom-printed on demand, all sales are final.
However, if your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly replace it at no cost.

5. My book arrived damaged or with a printing issue. What should I do?
Please email us at support@seeluh.com within 30 days with:

Photos of the issue

Photos of the packaging
We will work with Lulu to send a replacement right away.
6. Can I cancel or change my order?
Because Lulu begins printing quickly, cancellations and changes cannot be guaranteed.
Contact us immediately at support@seeluh.com, and we will do our best to help.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Lulu ships worldwide.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
8. What if my package is lost or delayed?
Delays can occur due to carriers, customs, weather, or global events.
If your package appears lost, email us, and we will investigate with Lulu.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control, but we will always help where possible.
9. Do you sell digital products?
Yes! Seeluh offers digital devotionals, journals, and printables.
Digital items are delivered instantly via email after purchase and cannot be refunded.
10. I typed the wrong shipping address. Can this be fixed?
If you entered an incorrect address, email us immediately.
We will try to update the address before printing begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
Seeluh is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address provided at checkout.
11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options depending on your region.
