Seeluh reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Print-on-Demand Production

Physical books purchased from Seeluh are printed and fulfilled by Lulu.com, a third-party print-on-demand provider. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Printing times vary

  • Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees

  • Production or delivery delays may occur outside of Seeluh’s control

All shipping, production, and handling processes follow Lulu’s policies.

4. Digital Products

Digital products (PDF downloads, ebooks, printables, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered.


You may download and use digital products for personal use only.


Sharing, reposting, reselling, or distributing digital content is strictly prohibited.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are printed on demand, all sales are considered final unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The book is misprinted or defective

  • You received the wrong product

 

If an issue occurs, you must notify us at support@seeluh.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.


We will work with Lulu to replace or correct the issue whenever possible.

6. Intellectual Property

All Seeluh content, including devotionals, poetry, wording, design, and layout, is copyrighted and may not be copied, altered, or republished without permission.

Use of Seeluh’s name, logo, book titles, or branding without authorization is prohibited.

7. Website Availability

We work to keep Seeluh.com running smoothly; however:

  • We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance

  • We are not liable for interruptions caused by technical issues or external service providers

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:
